Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

Cancellation is done using the form below. Fill in the form and submit it — you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation.

You may examine the product in the same way you would in a store. If the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct a reduction in value from your refund. Returned products should be returned with their product packaging undamaged and all labels included — please do not use the original product packaging (e.g., a shoebox) as the outer shipping packaging.

We will refund the amount paid to your original payment method no later than within 14 days of receiving and processing your return.
