Ordered products are delivered with Posti in Finland and with Postnord or FedEx outside of Finland. Orders over 100€ (or an equal amount in other currency) will have a free delivery to all EU countries and Switzerland.

We will ship the ordered products as soon as possible, usually within the next business day of receiving the order. The delivery times depend on destination and transport schedules. The delivery time is typically 1-4 working days to Finland and 1-8 working days to other countries. If we do not have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you.

Duties and taxes

Orders placed on vjshoes.com from outside the EU may require duties & taxes to be paid on delivery.

Customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

Order confirmation

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please keep this email if you wish to return your products.

You have the right to return your product within 14 days after receiving the products. All returned products must be unused and unaltered.

Returning Your Order

1. Fill out the return form that came with your order and include it with the item(s) you’re returning.

2. Pack your items securely. Please, do not use the original product packaging, e.g., a shoebox, as the outer packaging. When you return a product, it should be returned in unused condition and in undamaged product packaging, with all labels included.

3. Ship your package to our return address. You’ll cover the shipping cost and are responsible for the items arriving safely. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

4. Email our customer service (info@vjsport.fi) with your return details: order number, shipping company, tracking number, and tracking link (if available).

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll refund the cost of the returned items. Contact our support team if you have any questions.
